An overall wonderful experience - Anonymous employee Lucid Group Employee Review

My personal experience of working at Lucid was overall a very positive one. I couldn't have wished for a better team to be working with, and most of the people I worked with were some of the most supportive colleagues I have had. Training, learning and development opportunities were the best I have experienced in my career so far and I believe that management will try their best to find you the right opportunities that will help you work on the therapy areas and technical skills you want to focus on. There is a decent focus on social/team building aspects of work which is nice, and I always felt like there was someone I could chat to for whatever reason, whether that be personal or work related. My line manager was also wonderful, and I really felt like they had my back and could have open and transparent conversations with them. For the most part, I really loved my time at Lucid and will look back very fondly at my time there!
