      Pros

      The kind of work Lucid attracts from clients is quite diverse and can be really interesting. Some team members are also so kind, supportive and talented

      Cons

      Ultimately everyone in Lucid is a number, and they will do whatever they can to squeeze as much out of that number as possible. I find this to be worse here at the moment than most other agencies, and contradicts the people-focus they promise that they have. It doesn’t really matter if you flag issues to your team leads, it won’t be listened to so eventually people have just stopped trying and morale is on the floor. Some SLT members can be quite cruel, claim to be very open and compassionate and but will only hear what they want to hear and do not care to be challenged.
