Pros
As always, no matter how poor the company ratings, there are some really good people at the grass roots. The place can only improve from where it is at, so I suppose that is a Pro. Give it a year and management will have been removed by the overseas owners and perhaps that will be a catalyst for improvements. Put the date in your diary...2018.
Cons
There have been 15 significant resignations (not all voluntary) in the past couple of months. The place is falling apart. Money first, mates and the clique second and staff in the distance.
