      Pros

      Incredibly supportive management and staff, overall super positive culture. No lame politics or any of that, just thoughtful people doing great things. I unfortunately didn’t make the cut here, I wish I had been in a better headspace for this opportunity. I just had so much going on. Unfortunately I have a traumatic brain injury I sustained last year getting t boned by a drunk driver and I’m just not the same performer yet. I’m still learning how to relearn life. Jayson Hill and Andrew Charness are incredible leaders and human beings. Much love to everyone here for trying to help me so much, I’m sorry I let you down.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
