Pros
Good 401k and benefits relative to other defense competitors. Been fortunate to have flexible work from home arrangements. Have had plenty of opportunities to branch out and learn new skills.
Cons
Have had bad experiences with incompetent team members. Often feel like marketing/sales mentality dictates over engineering principles. Over promising, under delivering feels like a common trend.
