Pros
Lockheed Martin offered a great benefits package including health and dental insurance. My team mates and leaders were incredibly skilled and very helpful and supportive. I also loved the analytical and technical aspects of my job.
Cons
My salary started off below the national average for my position. There was also intense competition and I never felt that my job was secure.
