Pros
Very large company with many internal opportunities between its 5 lines of business. Good stability if you can find the right program to work on.
Cons
Primary focus in my area is on integration rather than development. Tons of bureaucracy to get anything done. Such a large company that many employees get lost in the shuffle. Fine if you don't have any ambitions and just want a weekly paycheck.
