      * Flexible work schedule * Competitive salary * Diverse workforce * Well designed product * Learning opportunities

      Cons

      * Older generations make up the majority of all higher management causing limited social changes and stifled ideas. * Only high-deductible insurance options available which has caused a huge financial strain on my young family of 4 and a half.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
