Company focus too much on leadership and less on technical excellence. Company needs to invest on employees by providing professional/industry training to prepare us toward the future. Moving around the company can be very difficult. Technical training in the company is very limited or doesn't even exist (varies with program)* Receiving a promotion in the company can be very difficult and political. I learned most of skills by myself and very little from technical leaders.
