      Pros

      If your disciplined you can have a good work life balance Every other Friday off, but you will put in your hours, and some Great products in some parts of the business

      Cons

      Huge politics, Toxic environment, very poor blame culture. It only good if it’s invented at Lockheed Martin Experiance from outside of LM is not valued in fact it’s worthles Boys club with too many egos and personal agendas

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
