Pros
The smaller LM divisions have a great atmosphere and great leadership. There has been a transition to being compensated for the performance you do and is improving. Most areas offer a flexible work week. Has a great relocation program if it is offered as part of the new position. There are leadership development programs for new employees and tuition assistance programs.
Cons
At the bigger LM divisions there is a lot of stovepipes and unwillingness to share information. Some managers are not as willing to offer flex and telecommuting options. Not all managers are supportive of the employee's career decisions.
