Pros
Flexible working patterns are in place which are beneficial but purely to suit the local site and contracts in place. Decent salary on offer, but over-shadowed by many of the cons.
Cons
Top- heavy management team, could do with restructuring and more experience. Inconsistency across management decisions particularly regarding HR policies such as authorising comp leave etc. No clear direction from management. Face-fits and jobs for the boys culture. Difficult to balance work/life. High expectations for little reward. Unprofessional and to an extent unethical working practices. Low morale within workers. Unfair and very biased employee recognition and rewards scheme.
