- Interesting work that has most often has a national impact - Above average pay and benefits for defense contractors - Smart and dedicated co-workers - Good work life balance - Opportunities for advancement - Excellent technical leadership - Strong culture of ethics
Cons
- Slow to adapt new technology - Government contracts can be unpredictable - Office environment largely depends who you work with (this was one of the reasons I left) - Hard to be truly creative like other tech companies in the commercial space - Pay not as high as smaller or commercial companies
