Pros

Really smart colleagues, great team/collaborative environment, fast-paced (new products coming out regularly) and fast growth. This company thinks big and is hugely dedicated to customer service. Highly recommend for people who want to learn a lot quickly or make a big impact quickly. There are both fully remote employees and in-office employees depending on the role and location.

Cons

LiveSwitch is best for people who like a startup environment where they have the chance to manage different projects at once and wear different hats as needed. Many roles, though not all, are probably not right for people who need highly structured roles with very little change.

Pros

I knew this was a company on the rise when I interviewed, but I had no idea just how locked in they really are. They are true to everything they said in the interview, there are people here who are got promoted 1-2 months in because they are just that good and because there are no upper layers in the sales team right now. 100% reap what you sow. Super good upside, get in now while you still can.

Cons

It's a grind to start, you eat what you kill with cold calling but you don't have to spend any time prospecting. You won't last here if you aren't hitting the daily minimums for calls and appointment sets. Not the pace everyone can keep up with imo. Some emails, etc. on the weekends, but hours are pretty decent (8am - 5pm Mon-Fri).

Pros

- AI-enabled tech with a good product/market fit in home services and the trades. - Fast updates and improvements to the product make it easy to go back to old prospects with "what's new" and to be able to show off something cool - Culture of listening to customers and allowing that to help shape product roadmap - Pricing that is fairly simple and well-positioned against other players in the market - Recent improvements to tech stack to help with outbound (like Nooks) and to enhance the inbound lead flow It's cool to be at the forefront of the shift in how home service companies quote jobs and document work, and being able to see the real-world impact that our platform has on their businesses.

Cons

- A focus on cash instead of ARR / MRR - Heavy use of discounting, but this is getting better - Commissions are tracked manually and you do have to review for possible mistakes - Not necessarily a con, but if you aren't ready to pick up the phone and make calls, this is not the job for you.
