Leadership is chaos, with changing processes, unclear vision, lack of strategy and disjointed communication. Consistent layoffs (multiple a year in some cases). No time for training and constant communication silos. Aggressive goals with a fraction of the staff they need to hit them. The lack of a solid focus has put the company behind the curve in the market, without the funds to support growth. Turnover is high - if folks are not laid off they leave as the environment is not conducive to success. Work life balance is clearly not a priority.
