Pros
Worst & Pathetic Organization, No vision, fake promises. Useless management, no job security.
Cons
The probation trap: Is this becoming a trend? I recently left a role where I realized the hard way that 'job safety' was just a buzzword. During my time there, I noticed a really disturbing pattern it felt like they were hiring people just to fill gaps temporarily, only to let them go the moment their probation was completed. The top management seemed to have no clear vision, and honestly, the professionalism was non-existent. Even the HR team didn't seem to have any power or interest in fixing the high attrition rates. It felt like they were just making a fool out of both employees and channel partners. I'm still trying to process if I was just unlucky or if this is a deliberate strategy some companies use to avoid long-term commitments. Has anyone else noticed companies firing people right at the end of probation? How do you even spot these 'hire and fire' cultures during the interview stage?
