Stress
Management are incredibly poor in their understanding of their job and when others cannot do their job. If you are too good they will get rid of you ASAP to avoid you showing them up.
Long Hours - most modern companies and large companies offer flexi-time. Most companies do not expect you to work outside of contracted hours for no reason.
Have to carry other colleagues and departments if they cannot or do not know how to do their jobs.
