You have autonomy but no training or support. Leaders only care about unattainable targets and churn through staff all the time. Most people didn’t last the year.
Cons
Management could do with attending some of their own leadership conferences. It’s a boys’ club where people aren’t provided sufficient training and are left to fend for themselves. Bullying was commonplace.
