Pros
Great company for starting your adventure with QA and have a glimpse at game dev as they will teach you testing glossary and tools (not all of the tools obviously). You can end up on testing same great games. Great atmosphere and great people (mostly). Hard work can get you pretty far, but you have to actually work hard and seek feedbacks from Test Leads/Managers to be noticed. No one forces the crunch so you can maintain pretty fine work-life balance.
Cons
Salary might be below industry's average. Due to company's outsourcing nature most of testers will land on contract instead of full time employment. Some of the people are not so nice and can be a pain to work with. Some people do not understand that the higher you get the harder it is to get further promotions and whine about it. Very little benefits for both full times and contractors (in comparison to other tech companies).
