Pros
Work schedule is flexible if work is available.
Cons
Read the review, “Don't even bother” as he/she says exactly as I feel. They expect you to donate time even after employed as all mandatory training is not paid for. And, the training is poor as they use simply examples while actually tasks are much more complicated. Also, the trainers seem to be making it up as they go along as they contradict other trainers and say things like they are asking Google for clarification. When you factor in how much training you are expected to do w/o being paid and that tasks take longer than they say, the pay is very poor. If you try to speed up to make a decent wage, quality falls and you receive poor reviews which can lead to losing your job. Again, just read the review “Don't even bother” as it is spot on. If you decide to try the job, go into it with your eyes open as I have been very disappointed.
