Those who have work there more than 3 years expects you to know how to do the job even when you just join. The manager will keep pushing IT to set up everything for you and ensure you start doing the work even on the second day of work. Said there will be training and no proper training was even given. Only shadowed the CS Engineers for a day and then the manager threw me to do everything with no proper guidance or workflow. This place has NO SOP, NO WORK PROCESS or WORKFLOW. Any issues feedback to the manager, you will end up having to resolve the issue yourself. She will never step in to help unless you are her favourite. No empathy or condolences were given when my family member passed away, she only replied “OK!” Those who are considering to join, please don’t bother, there are better workplaces out there that treats employees with a sense of humanity. If you insists on joining, be prepared to tackle the customers complains yourself because the manager will never step up to defend you or even the technicians. Also, the manager will always make mistakes and never admits, you will end up having to clean up after her every single time. There is no increment recently as the customer service team has not been hitting the profits target since 2025! Good luck to those who insists on joining!
