      The coworkers that become friends

      Cons

      Under paid, over worked, salary doesn’t match amount of years, new hires get paid more, you’re just a body, tiny to no bonuses, benefits are expensive and aren’t good. Company is definitely globally corporate, people don’t matter, money does.

      Pros

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
