      Pros

      Your fellow employees are the greatest benefit to working at Linde. If it wasn't for them this would be a place to avoid at all costs.

      Cons

      The management of the company have basically zero people skills. They might as well be robots. Upper management manages by fear and uncertainty, which unsurprisingly trickles down and makes everyone's life miserable.

      Pros

      Operations division is well run. Corportate goals of diversity and safety are real and being well executed. Corporate goal of stockholder return is paramount and will be always met.

      Cons

      If you are in US engineering and not in Houston, assume that you are in a position until a better one comes along. All actual engineering is forced to Germany. All promotions and focus is on Houston US office. Major problem is that Germany fails actually do engineering and instead just looks at what they did the last time and repeats it.
