      Pros

      The people (most) are great to work with and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Management doesnt care about low pay or issues with employees. Does not follow california labor laws with the meal breaks and penalties. Low hourly rate for more work Skeleton crew. Everyone is leaving because of pay.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
