      Pros

      Safe and steady work environment. Not a company that will disappear or move out of state.

      Cons

      Cliques. Hard to move up, unless you have family that is management or above, or you are a "chosen one". I have watched people with 2 year degrees in liberal arts become managers over people with masters degrees in the specified job!!!
