      Good work life balance due to flexi time working policy.

      Cons

      Low staff morale.Bureaucracy in decision making .Company policies that do not cut across the various countries that comprise the Linde Group.No follow up on strategic plan.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
