Cons

A culture of favoritism and nepotism, particularly within operations and performance appraisals. Although feedback and suggestions for improvement are frequently requested, there has been little to no meaningful change, and many issues persist. Operational leadership lacks sufficient technical and practical understanding of day-to-day challenges, yet continues to place significant pressure on the operations team. Additionally, promotions seem to be driven by fixed quotas rather than merit, with limited career progression opportunities and a lack of structured training programs. The environment is characterized by excessive micromanagement and consistently lean staffing levels, which impacts morale, productivity, and long-term sustainability.

Pros

Scheduling is great for day shift schedules.

Cons

Can't use just one hour of PTO. Have to use 4 hours at a time. Raises are far a few between and in order to move up, you have to be friends with that group of people.
