Pros

Lincoln is a great place to work for people who want to grow quickly and be challenged. The firm offers strong benefits, meaningful opportunities to develop professionally, and strong exposure to learning and responsibility.

Cons

Expectations are high and the pace can be demanding, especially during busy periods. It is a high performance environment, so workload intensity can be significant at times.

Pros

Strong people-first culture with genuinely good people across the firm. Leadership hires talented individuals and gives them the tools, support, and opportunities to build a meaningful long-term career at Lincoln. Very collaborative environment with excellent learning opportunities and recognition for producing great work. You're given real responsibility and are surrounded by people who are willing to help. One of the biggest differentiators is that you're treated as more than just a number. Communication is open, leadership is transparent, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Overall, a great company with even better people.

Cons

Some opportunity to improve internal sales tools and continue investing in AI across the business. Both are already areas of focus, so it feels like the firm is headed in the right direction

Pros

Good culture; driven and thoughtful people, senior bankers invest the time and effort to develop junior bankers. Leaner deal teams provide ongoing opportunities to take on higher-level responsibilities. Generally good deal flow and vertical exposure.

Cons

Industry groups really only work on sell-side M&A deals, which can get a bit repetitive at times. It's investment banking, don't expect a normal work-life balance.
