Lincoln International interview questions

The interview process consisted of two rounds. A 1-hour behavioral interview focused on motivation, fit, and prior transaction experience, followed by a 1-hour technical interview covering valuation methodologies, accounting concepts, and M&A case discussions.

Great communication. Seamless process, although I did not get an offer, they were very kind and let me know immediately. Had an interview with a recruiter, hiring manager, then a panel.
