8yThank you for the feedback. Your suggestions are duly noted. We certainly appreciate any information that can help us become a better workplace. One of the most difficult things to do is part ways with individuals. It’s never easy, especially when they have been a part of the organization for over three years. We pride ourselves in giving people with potential an opportunity even when they have very little business experience. Good or bad, we are definitely optimistic about people as a whole, so we don’t shy away from taking chances on people. Unfortunately, things don’t always work out as planned. We hope that in your three plus years with us you were able to learn a few new things that you can apply in your future endeavors. We wish you luck and success in your next opportunity.
