Pros

Aside from the CEO and the director, everyone else is really down to earth and pleasant to work with. They’re a good company to work for ONLY they’re the middle man between you and a client.

Cons

If you’re applying to work there internally, I would note the following: - they’ll give you a salary range of 35k-40k Knowing that they’ll be paying you 40k just to make you feel valued (this was my exact offer) - director plays favorites and is completely unprofessional. I know playing favorites happens often in the work place but he makes no effort to make it discreet. - senior management will take you out for drinks from time to time and will talk you up but don’t give a crap about your wellbeing. You’re sick? Good luck Trying to take a day off without them interrogating you or making you feel guilty. You want to be professional and put in two weeks? They’ll ask you to leave on the spot and wont bring up your name ever again. No proper goodbye, no chance to say bye to coworkers. - Punctuality is important, but flexibility is appreciated. They do daily morning and evening meetings (which I found very excessive) and if you’re three minutes late to the morning one they’ll crack down on you. They have no problem keeping you until 8 PM though. - if you are unable their quartly bonding events, senior management takes it very personally no matter the reason. They’ll guilt trip you and talk incessantly about how much you missed out on

The staffing profession is a very challenging but rewarding career. We are very clear in the interview process how challenging and demanding the industry is. Especially when your fresh out of college, we want to make sure you understand the type of commitment it takes to be successful. As a client services driven organization, there is always a high sense of urgency when delivering the best service possible to our clients. We definitely try our best to make this as clear as possible on the front end. We asked you to think long and hard to make sure you were ready for the challenge. We did tell you, “Do not work here if”: 1) You are not ready to be held accountable 2) You are not ready to be challenged to be the best you can be 3) You are not coachable 4) You don’t have a strong work ethic 5) You don’t want to be a part of a team 6) You don’t bring positive energy and have a positive attitude 7) Being on time is not important to you 8) You don’t want to conduct yourself in a professional manner 9) You aren’t prepared 10) You don’t have a growth mindset Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and it looks like your intentions are to sway people to not work at our firm with your warning. The irony is, we warned you not to work here as well. You convinced us you were ready and we gave you an opportunity. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out as we had hoped. Moreover, showing appreciation and recognizing others for doing a great job shouldn’t be interpreted as playing favorites. However, it is quite difficult to praise someone who shows up late to meetings consistently and performs at a sub-par level. We don’t pass out trophies for coming in last place. If you’re feelings were hurt, we apologize. It’s never our intention to hurt anyone’s feelings but to challenge you to constantly be the best you can be. You are a very talented individual and have a lot of potential. That’s what we saw in you when we hired you. However, talent alone isn’t the overwhelming factor in determining success. Best of luck to you.

Pros

Not many pros to note. If you are one that appreciates being talked down to, feeling degraded and also taken advantage of, then this is certainly the place for you. I risk, very little reward. Leaders of this group are quite honestly the worst type of managers you could imagine. If you can catch them when they are sober, they might have an understanding ear to offer from time to time.

Cons

It is a very disruptive and volatile environment. The lack of professionalism precedes leadership. I immediately became disenchanted, as I noticed my manager and upper tier leadership were constantly acting like it was a frat house and not a professional organization. Risk vs Reward was very uneven and soon became apparent that this grandiose picture of working with a successful and fun team was not the truth. Salary and compensation was disappointing. There was always an excuse why we didn't get paid on-time, and why our commission checks were not available or not correct.

First of all, we appreciate your feedback. As an organization, we take great pride in constantly trying to improve and get better. We are disappointed that your time with us wasn’t a great experience for you. Everyone’s time is valuable and we certainly thank you for working at our firm for over five years. You came on board when we were a startup organization. Admittedly as a startup, trying to ramp up as quickly as possible, sometimes you move quicker than you would like and overlook some things. It has been quite some time since we parted ways and I think you would be pleased to see how our firm has grown. Some of the suggestions you mentioned have been put into place and we are always looking for ways to improve. In fact, we were recently honored as the Grand Prize Winner as the "Best Staffing Firm to Work For" in North America by Staffing Industry Analysts, the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. We would love an opportunity to share with you in person all the great things going on at our firm as well as hearing any additional suggestions you might have. Feel free to drop by and visit any time. Thank you.

Pros

location was off the highway but still tough to get to during commute hours. helping candidates find jobs

Cons

management was bad, if you even call it that. One person calling the shots, didn't care about anyone else. lack of respect and culture, constant tension and yelling, dreadful place to be, what happened to all the employees from the past? If it was a great company, they would still be there, weak compensation - impossible to hit top %, deceptive behavior, watch out!
