Pros

Worked with a really great team and the work consisted of very basic customer service and administrative processes. Very flexible work hours; happy to accomodate for students, families, etc.

Cons

Pay did not feel quite adequate. Company is prone to changes, whether that be the name of system utilised by staff and external providers. This often proved to be quite disruptive and made for extra work, especially in terms of placating frustrated external providers and clients.
