Pros
Good vacation policy. Townhalls and meetings are good.
Cons
Low pay. Horrible retirement plan. Too much money spent on corporate development and not enough is invested in their employees. No mentorship or training program. Too many systems to learn. HR is not helpful. They just like to meet to tell us what to do but never sit besides us to have the tough conversations.
