      - Working on your own for much of your shift - Free membership

      Cons

      - Members are usually very rude, and corporate/management will always prioritize them (as a business does) even at the expense of their team - Usually doesn't pay very well for how much pressure is placed on you to create a premium experience for members.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
