Pros

Initially, it was a great job with solid pay. The trainer development and management support were great.

Cons

Lots of turnover and pay was dramatically decreased. There was almost 100% turnover in my department from the time I started in 2019 to when I went on maternity leave at the end of 2021, and by the time I was set to return, I knew almost no one in the entire building.

Pros

Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

Cons

Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
