      Pros

      Free access to all Lifetime Fitness facilities including the weekly classes they offer. Everyone gets along and there is always a happy and positive atmosphere there.

      Cons

      You are required to always stay busy, so a lot of work for very little pay. There is a separation between the department heads and the team members.

      Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
