Pros

I enjoyed building relationships with the members and my team members. They provide a flexible work schedule and you get a free membership.

Cons

How long do I have? Let's start with the fact that the new hire process is disorganized. The lack of communication of information between the club and corporate was so bad I had to call corporate HR and give them pertinent information to get paid and change tax information with them over the phone because they told me they never received it. The turnover is out of control due to the lack of leadership and structure; not to mention the expectations on the employees vs pay is laughable. There is never a clear, defined process. As new people come in, the process changes. Leaders are chosen based on who are favorites vs ability and talent. In the year and half I worked there, more times than not I had to reach out to someone to find out if I was excepted to come to work as a regular weekly schedule was not consistently sent out. The final straw for me was working for someone who was continually disrespectful and unprofessional to the members and their employees. I was tired of being treated and talked to like a child. The atmosphere with this company is awful. I would prefer to work for a company that wants to hire top talent and treats them well when they have that talent.

Pros

Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

Cons

Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
