- All of the leadership (summer camp leads, kids/swim supervisors and managers, department heads, and GM) at Life Time were great
- Team members were fun and respectful, felt like a community
- Nice to have lesson plans already made and rules in line
- Excellent pay and hours
Cons
- Some of the kids and families themselves made this not your typical summer camp. Many kids didn't listen and complained because they didn't have their phones or iPads, and parents didn't seem to want to help the counselors when we talked about issues. This was only a small amount though, easy to brush off
- Camp was a little repetitive
