-Learning to incorporate the Lidl method of retailing with previous retail experience can be difficult. -Expectations for every employee to fulfill their job title and responsibilities is a big push. Feedback conversations over performance are honest and to the point ways that you can further and improve yourself in your role which can be different from the usual "You're so great and awesome" feedback that I have experienced from other companies.
