      Pros

      A lot of collaboration with other countries. It's really great opportunity to grow on professional level.

      Cons

      Terrible top management (Lidl is owned by Schwartz), they train their country directors to be robots who looks on you purely as a number, with zero empathy. I have witnessed too many cases where good workers were fired just because of politics and some crazy money saving ideas.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
