Pros
Lidl pays highest payment , which is good . It recently started staff discount which is good as well . It provides paid break facility which is good .
Cons
It pays good but the management will make you lot of work . Break time is very little ,sometimes they will force you to take less break then you entitled to . Management and working environment very poor .
