      - Above living wage pay - Freezer pickers and night shift get a premium - subsidised food - discount card - Most senior staff members are approachable

      Cons

      - Might get pulled up if you go on multiple bathroom breaks - Some seniors will give you flak if you can't maintain (or improve) a high pick rate through out the day
