Cons
The company treats you like proper slaves there is a system of banked hours which means that every minute late or if you are sick a few days you will have the same pay at the end of the month but you need to cover those hours which means come when you suppose to be off. So you literally go work for free you then can find out you have 20 hours max 30 hours to recover cause maybe you felt not well 2 or 3 days in the month or whatever. They don't give bonuses in London warehouse but give in other companies plenty of bonuses like 1000 pounds for Christmas for they hard works when in London warehouse is very busy and not enough staff and that we finish late every single day they just tell to thank you for staying, no extra money no bonus for hard work nothing. And is a very physical job they always harassing you for do extra hours on your days off you can work more than 8 days in the row they don't mind and the extra hours you do are paid as the normal hour is 0 benefic to do extra hour they don't pay extra hours and every month does "mistakes" on your payslips forgot days or hours or extra hours you made or do not account your banked hours etc... I did many many warehouses and this one was the worst ever.
