Store manager puts too much pressure on the team and gives no praise to our best workers. Talk down to everyone infront of customers. Goes on 10 cigarette breaks a day and take and extra 15 min on his break. This manager has been reported but the company doesn't care. Wouldn't recommend lidl to anyone.
