      Flexible hours and good management people are friendly and helpful , training is well structured and you will go far if you want

      Cons

      Not enough hours, hard work and you need to be fit if you don't like hard work don't go to work for lidl

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
