poor management - Anonymous employee Lidl Employee Review

hours are unsociable if your not in with management extra hours is very rare. staff are brilliant management however stick together and will make staff feel low get no praise purposely push your buttons to see how far you can go before you snap. incident occurred between me and manager no one listened to my side. DO NOT work for this company unless your going to be management. would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
