Pros

Good pay, many locations to work.

Cons

The working hours changes every week. Most of the time rota's date and time changes they don't bother asking you for permission. Never finish on time. On a day off get a phone call if you can work today. Less break.

Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

Cons

Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
