      Pros

      Fast paced company to get experience on problem solving not only with customers but with employees, time management, goal setting and obviously the achievement of those goals.

      Cons

      You have to deal with the shoplifters with no protection at all most of the time, sueing and going to court on your own where you faced shoplifters. Diary Work load demanded by company never can be completed so it creates a certain unconfident feeling

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
