Pros

Decent rate of pay overall

Cons

Insanely hard to get hours. Store management is condescending at times. Training center was useless. Have to learn and be tested on plu’s, which ended up being pointless. Paychecks are inaccurate more times than not, mine have been short more that $300 three times. When you do get more than 20 hours you’re still never permitted to get over time. They will find a way not to pay you your overtime if you can get it. Nobody has been promoted in the United States sector as of December. The pt 20 and pt 30 rules are ridiculous and are just a way to keep from giving benefits. If you request a transfer to another store they will allow you and a week before the transfer will take place they will revoke it. (Happened to my favorite supervisor) The ceo will be in your store very often and will treat employees awful. Corporate is not good at all. You’re expected to stock 3 separate areas your entire shift while simultaneously running cash registers when the pallets are stacked haphazardly and also between 6-8ft tall. If the pallets aren’t worked by the time your shift is over you’re written up or berated. Only 4-6 people work the entire store per day.
