      It’s a chill environment that is diverse. There is a plus since they are hybrid

      Cons

      In the beginning, there was room for growth(I.e. promotions), but given the last 2 layoffs that happened in 2023 and 2024; seems like there was a pause on employees development and getting promotions

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
